And right now you can get it for FREE.

A Multi-Purpose Tool

Ever notice that some songs work really well on the banjo, while others don’t? That some fit like a glove, while others take a good bit of finessing to sound right?

Have you also noticed that finding accurate chord progressions for songs online is surprisingly difficult?

I know I have!

And those were two of the problems the “Banjo Player’s Songbook” was designed to solve – to provide songs that were well suited to being played on the banjo, and well us well suited to playing and singing on the banjo (should you so desire, as I do!). And to provide lyrics and accurate chord progressions, too!

The Banjo Player’s Songbook is a 133-page collection of over 50 songs for banjo. Each song contains the lyrics, chord progression, and melody line in banjo tab – raw materials that can be used in countless ways, including to:

  • Work on picking out chords and melodies by ear (using the book as a reference)
  • Create your own arrangements (using the melody and chords as “raw materials”)
  • Practice chord changes and backup
  • Play and sing with the banjo
  • Practice improvising
  • Play music with others (songbooks are perfect when getting together with friends who play music)

For Breakthrough Banjo members I’ll also be using this book in upcoming “Playing & Singing” tutorials in the Breakthrough Banjo course, where we break down the process of learning a new song by ear, using the melody and chords as our raw materials

So how do you get the Banjo Player’s Songbook?

It’s currently a free bonus that you can download immediately after signing up for the Breakthrough Banjo course, which you can now join for FREE for 30 DAYS.
